Celeiro (Barn)

What is it: The Celeiro is an organization of the Social Action Department of the First Baptist Church of Rio. It was created in March 1973. Currently it helps about 50 families reaching a total of about 170 people in need.

Working Days: All Tuesdays from 2 pm to 6 pm.

How to participate : donations of clothing, shoes, personal hygiene items and food. You may also donate objects that can be put to sale in one monthly "bazar" to raise funds to help buying food.
